Expect to be overcome with smoke and excessive noise. While the Casino Hotel was under construction, poker management told players in a temporary facility the new Poker Room would be enclosed to control the excessive floor noise and smoke. Other than the slow dealers and many dealer mistakes, the Poker Room is very noisy and a lot of smoke drifts in from the casino floor. Wait another six months for the poker room to get it's act together. If you want a relatively fast game, don't go there. They were trained in house and some don't even know how to play poker. The dealers are for the most part beginners. They claim to offer 4/8 Omaha, but I have not actually seen this game ever being played. It offers 3/6 and 4/8 limit hold em and 1/3 and 2/5 No Limit Hold em poker. It has sixteen tables and is located on the main floor of the new hotel. Thunder Vally Casino finally opened a real poker room a few months ago.
